RYSTON RUNNERS CROSS COUNTRY SERIES
The fifth installment of the Ryston Runners Cross Country Series was held at Shouldham Warren.
Bethany Wilson came 2nd in the U13 Girls 3km race whilst Ben Peck was victorious in the U13 boys race, also contested over 3km, breaking his own course record.
The final junior Thetford AC athlete to race was James Peck. James came home 1st in the 3km U15 boys race.
Kevin Vaughan, the only senior Thetford athlete to compete, completed a trio of 1st place finishes for Thetford by winning the Master 55-59 race.
