Seven runners from TAC took part in the first Norfolk Day 10k on Sunday morning. The route had to be slightly changed last minute due to a tree that had fallen on the course after heavy rain and storms so the course distance was a little short. In finishing order for TAC – Jason Elrick 42.39 (5th)
