This weekend 3 triathletes Simon and Charlotte Smith and Gary Malliband experienced a dip in temperatures at the Chelmsford Sprint Triathlon. In wet and windy conditions they completed the 800m lake swim, 18k bike ride and 5k run. Simon finished 3rd overall in 1:05:42, Charlotte as 2nd female in 1:11:43 and Gary 19th overall and 4th in his age group in 1:14:26
