Thetford Seniors were out in force again at the weekend at the Great War Centenary Dereham 5k. The race is hosted by Dereham Runners and a bespoke medal was available to all 500 finishers. Natalie King excelled finishing 1st in her age group and achieving a PB in 20:09. Karl Wright was first Thetford male home in 19:42 and earning him 80th place overall. Other Thetford athletes included Jason Elrick (20:06), Marco Silva (20:25), Richard Crewe (21:09) Donna Finney (21:50), Stacey Daniele Owen (24:40) and Kayleigh Bailey (24:40).
