Six TAC athletes turned out in cold, wet and windy conditions for the annual Stowmarket Sprint Triathlon. The race consisted of a 300m pool swim, 18k bike and 5k off road run. Thetford’s newest member Heidi Smith completed the course in 1:29:58
Brian Wright stormed in with 2nd in his age group to finish in 1:24:27
Karl Wright finished with a fast run in a time of 1:07:23
Steve Dickens 3rd in age group stormed home with a strong run in 1:06:32
Gary Malliband completed the course in 1:03:16 to come 3rd in his age group
Charlotte Smith finished as 2nd female in a time of 1:02:15
Despite being completely soaked a great time was had by all!!
