Ryston Runners hosted their third cross country race of the season with Thetford AC bringing home some great results. In the Juniors 3k race Bethany Wilson and Callum Wing represented the club with Bethany finishing 1st female in the U13 in 12:12 and Callum achieving a PB in the boys U13 in 12:58. In the Seniors 6.5k race Simon Smith finished 1st in his age group in 24:28, Karl Wright 9th in age group in 26:13, Gary Malliband achieved a PB in 27:38 for 5th place in age group, Charlotte Smith was 1st in age group in 29:14, Liz Peck followed shortly after for 3rd in 32:24 (PB) and Brian Wright was placed 3rd in the 65+ age group in a speedy 33:43.
