Club Standards - Seniors
December 2009
It has now been agreed that we are going to have club standards for the seniors.
They are for 5km, 5 miles, 10km, 10 miles, half marathon, 15 miles, 20 miles and marathons.
Age groups for men are under 40, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60-64.
The women's age groups are under 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60-64.
If you compete at any of these distances from 1/12/2009 - 30/11/2010 please can you email me your results at deankirton@btinternet.com stating distance run, age group, venue, time, position and date. I will be compiling all the results and at the next Xmas party certificates will be issued for the standards met. These will be copper, bronze, silver, gold and platinum.
Have a good year and hopefully we will be presenting lots of certificates next year!!!
