THETFORD ATHLETIC CLUB
Dear athlete/parent,
Following a recent committee meeting the membership fees for 07/08 have been agreed (details below). As you are aware the U11s group has been reduced to one night a week (in line with the majority of other athletics clubs in the region). It has been agreed that the fees will be reduced to just £6.66 per month.
We are now able to devote our precious coaching resources to the U13s and above group, and we believe that the moderate increase still provides good value for 3 structured coaching sessions a week, under the guidance of a qualified athletics coach.
The senior male and female group fees remain unchanged and once again are detailed below. It should be noted that year on year we aim to improve the facilities and equipment on offer. All money raised through subscriptions is ploughed directly back into the club for the benefit of the members.
Please also be aware that the club on your behalf registers you and your details with the 3 athletics governing bodies: England Athletics, Southern Amateur Athletics Association and Norfolk County AAA. The combined fee is £7.00 per athletes (built into your membership fee), the benefit to you is 2 fold; a) you are covered by public liability insurance to £5,000,000 b) you are entitled to compete as an affiliated athlete thus saving typically £2.00 on every event entered.
Please be aware that there are 4 tiers of membership (please select the one that meets your requirements), and they are detailed below.
Under 11 athletes (Thursdays only) - £80.00 per annum (per person). We will accept payments by standing order (At £6.66 per month) or by full payment of the annual fee.
Under 13 and above junior athletes - £160.00 per annum (per person). We will accept payments by standing order (At £13.33 per month) or by full payment of the annual fee.
Male and Female Senior athletes (attending either the Wednesday or Saturday coaching group). We accept payments by standing order (at £5.00 per month) or by a full payment of the annual fee (£60.00).
Male and Female Senior athletes who do not attend structured coaching sessions. £10.00 per annum.
