After a chilly May, temperatures warmed up at the weekend for Linda Cusack who took part in the Norwich Half Marathon. Under blue skies and 25 degrees Linda finished 1st in her age group in a time of 2:15:26

Gary Malliband took part in his first triathlon of the year in Bedford. It was warm dry and cloudy for the 1500m lake swim, 40km country lane bike course and 10km trail run. Gary triumphed to 1st place in his age group in a time of 2:35:08
