Three TAC members competed in multi-sport events over the weekend at Mildenhall Sport Centre. Jason Elrick did the duathlon (5k run, 20k bike, 5k run) and finished in a very impressive 4th place overall in 1:23:40. Thetford Seniors were out in force again at the weekend at the Great War Centenary Dereham 5k. The race is hosted by Dereham Runners and a bespoke medal was available to all 500 finishers. In blistering hot temperatures 8 Thetford runners completed the Norwich 10k. The route takes in some iconic sites of Norwich including Norwich Castle, Cathedral and Football Stadium.
