Shirley Standley was the sole TAC runner at the Barrow Half Marathon post Christmas 2018. Shirley closed the year with a successful finish time of 1:59:39.

Woodbridge host second XC Race in Suffolk Series
Thetford Junior and Senior runners took on the second race in the Suffolk Cross Country league in Woodbridge. Ryston Runners hosted their third cross country race of the season with Thetford AC bringing home some great results.
