In preparation for the forthcoming Holkham Half Ironman triathlon Richard Crewe participated in the Fritton Lake Sprint Triathlon at the weekend. Taking on his first competitive open water swim Richard completed the 750m swim, 21k bike and 5k run in 1:28:50 for 14th place in his age group.
