EASTERN COUNTIES REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Three junior athletes represented Thetford AC at this years Eastern Counties Regional Track and Field Championships held in Cambridge.
Jessica Norkett ran a pb (2:15) to finish in 2nd place in the U17 Women’s 800m, taking home the silver medal.
Abigail Clouston contested the U15 Girls 1500m, finishing in 6th place with a time of 5:08.
Daniel Clouston came 10th in the U13 Boys 800m with a time of 2:33.
LORD MAYORS 5K
The Lord Mayors 5K Road race was held in Norwich and organised by City of Norwich AC. Thetford AC’s sole representative was Tyler Howard. Tyler produced a fantastic pb performance, finishing in 97th place in a time of 18:46.
This was a great result in a tough race.
