On Wednesday 18th
, Triathlon England hosted their AGM at Stansted, London. Including the AGM they also presented the Individual East Region awards to the respected winners in all the different age categories.
Representing Thetford Athletic Club amongst the winners was Charlotte Smith who was awarded 1st for the Veteran Women category, the trophy was presented by Jonathan Davies who is the chief ‘Technical Official’ and often at some of the races in the region.
Overall the club came 25th out of 54, achieving some great results both for the club and individually were Simon Smith who came 8th in the Veteran Men category, in the same category was Steve Dickens who came a respectable 106th place and Karl Wright who was 22nd in the Senior Men category.
