Thetford Athletes braved the cold and wind at Colchester Sprint Triathlon last weekend. Simon and Charlotte Smith were victorious with Simon finishing 1st overall 1:03:12 and Charlotte 1st female in 1:09:31. Gary Malliband also completed the 400m pool swim, 20k bike and 5k run in 1:12:00 to finish a highly creditable 8th male.
