Many of TAC’s members took part in the local Culford Sprint Triathlon at the weekend. In perfect weather conditions the athletes took on the 300m pool swim, 21k bike and 4k run course. For Richard Crewe it was only his second ever triathlon and for many others perhaps just their 3rd or 4th and finishing with many course pb’s.
Charlotte Smith finished as 1st female overall in 57:49 with her husband Simon finishing in 53:00 and 4th overall and 1st in his age group. Gary Malliband achieved a course pb in 59:13 and finished 2nd in age group, Karl Wright 1:00:11 another course pb, Lukasz Ryzinski 1:01:04 again another course pb, Richard Crewe 1:07:29, Brian Wright 1:14:03 2nd in age group.
