Four Thetford runners took on the Cambridge Half Marathon at the weekend. With 10,000 competitors in wet and windy conditions Neil Vendy was first Thetford athlete back in 1:47:12, followed shortly by Andrew Smith in 1:48:43, Wendy Howard in 2:12:03 and Ann Kirton with a massive half marathon pb in 2:19:22.
Lauren Goldsmith finished yet another marathon today at the Phoenix Marathon in a seasons best of 4:39:24. Lauren is now very close to completing 100 marathons.
