Super Sprint Triathlon

Gary Malliband was the sole Thetford Triathlete at the East Coast Triathlon in Gt Yarmouth at the weekend. In wet and very blustery conditions Gary completed the super sprint distance 250m swim, 16k bike, 3k run course in 49:12 for 12^th place overall and 5^th in his age group. Gary now looks forward to competing in his first Half Ironman in Nottingham in 2 weeks time.
