Simon and Charlotte Smith were successful in securing podium positions at their last race of the season at Eton Dorney Lakes. They took part in the Sprint Duathlon consisting of a 5k run, 20k bike followed by another 5k run. Simon finished 2nd overall in a time of 1:13:20 and Charlotte was 1st female in 1:22:46
