Six Thetford Athletics Club runners were out in force at The Virgin Money London Marathon at the weekend. For some it was their debut at London and others an opportunity to try and achieve a course PB. Among huge support and near perfect cool running conditions Louise White who achieved her place by qualifying at a previous race ran a PB in 3:33:04, Jason Elrick followed shortly after in 3:37:07, Tina Plumley (also pre-qualified at a previous marathon) 4:02:32, Carri Vendy in 4:23:02, Paul White in 4:29:38 and Corinne West in 5:40:02.
